Beaver Community Fair is a non-profit organization that relies on the support of the community to continue providing fun and educational experiences for all ages. Your donation helps us purchase supplies, maintain our facilities, and keep ticket prices affordable for everyone. To Our Neighbors,
As we begin preparations for the annual Beaver Community Fair, we are looking to the community for support. Past contributions have allowed us to continue showcasing agricultural products, as well as Vo-Ag and Home Economics projects, and have helped to promote a greater interest in agriculture for our local schools and communities.
The contributions we receive help offset the costs of events during fair week, allow us to publicize the events, provide support for fair operating costs and the upkeep of the facilities. There are a variety of sponsorship options outlined on the reverse for your review.
Over 20,000 people visit the Beaver Community Fair each year. These fair attendees viewed thousands of exhibits, supported community organizations on the midway, and watched some great entertainment on the stage, in the arenas and at the track.
The Beaver Community Fair Board and its volunteers work hard year round to make the fair the best it can be for everyone. We rely heavily on sponsorships from the community to help make this happen.
